His sessions are always fun, varied, and focused with an emphasis on keeping you engaged, motivated, and moving towards your goals with confidence.

Tom is an active Muay Thai fighter with a record of 5-1. He is currently unbeaten in the UK and has fought professionally in Thailand ( the home of Muay Thai).

This sport will teach you discipline. It is a great tool for self defence or if you are unfit and wanting to get in shape.
